Ingredients:

1lb Hamburger Meat
·
16 oz Water
·
½ Onion
·
1-2 cloves Garlic
·
3 TBSP Tomato Paste
·
2 ½ Tsp Chili Powder
·
1 tsp Sugar
·
1 tsp Cumin
·
1 tsp Paprika
·
1 tsp Oregano
·
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
·
½ tsp Black Pepper
· 1 tsp Salt to Taste
·
1 cup Beef Broth
·
1 TBSP Cornstarch in 2 TBSP of Cold Water
Instructions:
1. Add hamburger and water to pot over medium
high heat. Heat until meat is cooked through and drain.
2. Put onion and garlic in a food processor. Then
oil, onion and garlic mixture into pan. Cook until onions are soft.
3. Add meat back to pan and the rest of the
ingredients except for cornstarch slurry.
4. Simmer mixture for 10-15 minutes. Add cornstarch
slurry while mixing meat mixture to thicken it up.
