Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Oil
- 1/4 Cup Onion
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Jalapenos or different Pepper
- 1 Small Carrot Grate or 1/2 of big Carrot
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Apricot Preserves
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
- Add Oil, Onion, Jalapenos, Carrot, Garlic and salt to small saucepan over medium high heat. Cook until soft.
- Add Apple Cider Vinegar and Apricot preserve, cook until combined
- Blend mixture until smooth. Add water to thin until a consistency of your liking.
