INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Grated Onion (or 2 tsp Onion Powder) or blend in bullet
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 TBSP Dried Parsley (or 1/4 Fresh)
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano (or 1 TBSP Fresh)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 400F. Put parchment on 9x13 pan
2) Combine all ingredients and mix by hand until fully combined.
3) Use a cookie scoop to make meatballs.
4) Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are firm and cooked through. Meat thermometer inserted into center of meatball 165F.
