1. Put rack at the bottom of oven
2. Preheat to 450f (try lower temperature)
3. Use dark baking sheet
4. Put dough into oven with nothing on it for 7-10 mins
5. Take pizza out put on sauce and toppings. Cook 7-5 more mins
