Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce

2 TBSP Packed Brown Sugar
·
1 TBSP Sambal Oelek (Chile Paste/ Chile Garlic
Paste/Sriracha)

1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
·
1 TBSP Freshly Grated Ginger
·
1 tsp Sesame Oil
·
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
·
8 oz Dried Spaghetti
·
1TBSP Olive Oil
·
12 ounces shrimp
·
Snow peas
·
1 Carrot Grated
·
2 TBSP chopped Cilantro
·
Optional: Onion, mushrooms, bell pepper,
zucchini
Directions:
1.
Make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together
the soy sauce, brown sugar, sambal oelek, oyster sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and
garlic. Set aside
2.
Cook pasta.
3.
Cook protein.
4.
Cook Veggies.
5.
Add all ingredients to a pan over medium
high heat until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
