Oven Baked Potato

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Clean potatoes and dry them.
  3. Coat in olive oil.
  4. Season with kosher salt and pepper
  5. Cook for 40-50 minutes on oven grates. Rotate every 20 mins.
